Business Systems Integration Specialist

Location: Kerry – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

We are recruiting for a Business Systems Integration Specialist to join a growing technology team in Kerry.

This is a solution design and systems analysis-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys understanding business requirements, analysing systems and designing how different applications and platforms should work together.

The Role

You will work between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into practical technical solutions and supporting those solutions through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing business requirements and designing end-to-end system solutions
• Designing how applications, platforms and data should interact
• Working with APIs, integrations, data flows and middleware at a conceptual level
• Producing solution designs, process flows and system interaction diagrams
• Working closely with developers, engineers and architects to support implementation
• Managing dependencies and supporting testing, release and handover
• Communicating technical concepts and solution recommendations to stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to use automation and emerging technologies to improve processes

About You

We're looking for someone with 1–3 years' experience in areas such as:

• Systems Analysis
• Business Systems Analysis
• Solutions Analysis
• Technical Business Analysis
• Systems Integration
• Solution Design

Strong recent graduates with a relevant technical degree and excellent analytical/problem-solving skills will also be considered.

You don't need to be a developer — the focus is on analysis, solution design, systems thinking and communication with technical teams, rather than hands-on coding.
